Config:

1. Should we only use air to create signs and chests.
   
2. WARNING: This can mean that NO DeathSigns or TombStones are created.

The Problem:
If a player dies while climbing up a ladder (possibly enclosed on north, south, east and west sides or possibly becuase a trapdoor was on the block above|I may have been standing on a ladder inside of a trapdoor block, it was hard to tell due to some minor lag), instead of placing a chest, the inventory is dropped on the ground. I do not know if the same result happens with vines.

can you recreate it? if yes could you enable debug logging first?

I will try. It has happened to other players on my server too, however, I do not know if it was from a ladder also.

I didn't exactly test the ladder, but I died standing in tall grassy today and I didn't get a chest. This happened twice to me and once to another player.

strange... can you try it again and post the debug log?

I'm atm looking into 1.2.5-R3.0 issues and would like to get everything fixed if there are some.

I need the debug log though.

I am very sorry for my lack of replying. About 3 days after you replied my internet messed up and I have not been able to host my server since. Whenever I get back up and running I will recontact you with the information that you seek. Also, other than Comcast messing up my internet a million times, my move went well.
