What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installed the .jar into my plugins folder (not touching the config)
2.added dailybonus.tier.3 to the permissionsEx group
3.Restarted server but no one in the group gets anything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the people in the group should get the items as they log in for the first time that day, but they don't. As I mentioned before I haven't touched the config file so they should just get the items and money that are default.

No, there aren't any errors

I have enabled superPerms in PermissionsEx.

Update to version 3.0 and re-check your permissions.
