Only compatible with minecraft 1.7 versions!

This Version doesn't need Worldguard and WorldEdit! You can't use the -region:SomeRegion Option with this version! For further details have a look at the Version-History!

NOTE: The API is slightly different for the Version without WorldGuard, but doesn't produce errors even if you "feed" some methods with ProtectedRegion Objects like in the version with WorldGuard since the Method context is downgraded to Objects and every ProtectedRegion is an Object - anyways Methods handling ProtectedRegions don't have any effect on the version without worldguard/you can't set SpawnSpecifications with Regions!
