What steps will reproduce the problem?
As per the instructions:
1. I renamed the world using the proper CTF-MAP_<map name>
2. I did /ctf start
3. I used /cft FlagA

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I saw a confirmation of the flag being put in. I then started rapidly teleporting, with the chat message: "You have been ported into the new game"
As it was impossible to use the chat to type a command, as it is wiped every time you teleport, I used the console to issue /ctf stop. I was then teleported to another world. I am now unable to use Multiverse to teleport back to the world.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am owner. I have the permission node '*'. This is why I do not understand why it says that "no player has the perm"

Maybe you should delete the SpawnA.loc inside the world folder. ANd try to set the flag locations first, and then the spawns.

I got a new map, one that had already been set up. This one had the same error: being repeatedly teleported. I also tried what you suggested, but even after deleting, I was still being continually teleported.

This means: a player HAS to be in-game (/selected a class) and he must have the permission: "CTF.admin" (if no permission plugins overwrites this, the player can also be OP)
