What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. game starts, countdown begins. Count down ends
2. cant even tilt view without it saying you may not leave the arena.
3. can only do ./hg leave and then still get put into the next match. Have to do ./reload to fix it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect game starts and we kill each other. chests are empty and cant even move. I had to manually put things in the chests.

What version of the product are you using?
Version 1.1.3 by Wright96

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Cannot access logs.

Have also noticed that there are 2 hunger games folders after I reload the server
