version 5.2 b - BEATA VERSION, NOT RECOMMENDED! There has been a huge code overhaul, so there might be some critical failures not yet discovered. Testers : everything is to be tested! And also - wither support (2 settings : "replace wither" to repair wither damage, and "allow-wither-spawn"). - whitelists, for block placement and replacement. - paintings and itemFrame replacements

If tnt is set to false, trap damage won't get replaced (waiting for a pull request to be accepted). Some wire doesn't get replaced, due to the way bukkit handles explosions.
