• Added option to turn off permission checks (for people without a perm. plugin)
• Changed all default crafting recipes to make arrows cheaper and give them more logical recipes (THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY OLD CONFIG FILES, ONLY NEWLY GENERATED ONES, SO DON'T WORRY THIS WONT CHANGE YOUR CUSTOM RECIPES!!!)
• Added experimental torch arrow, still a bit buggy

Ice Arrows will come in 1.4
