    I would like to be able to send letters from the system per command line to the users.
    There are several plugins that can create arbitrary commands on the commandline and I would like those that I use to be able to send a letter to users on certain events that happen.

    Currently Courier has no concept of "admin" sender. Would you want that (and no replies possible) or a configurable player set as being sender for command line letters?
