ContextManager 2.3.0

  • Add basic command-label tab-completion.
  • Add "mild" mute-permission allowing to mute for 20 minutes max.:
    contextmanager.admin.cmd.mute

Currently prefixes are fetched based on some timing (every 4 seconds at most). This can be confusing with rank changing (from admin to player-admin for instance).
