Added a set-speed hook that will set the speed of all players to a maximum for walking and flying, such that CraftBukkit should not further interfere with fly mods - this means that NoCehatPlus does the speed handling.

Careful: The default setting might allow those players with bypass permsisions (NoCheatPlus) to fly at very high speeds, seemingly, adjusting the values to 2x normal might do the trick already (see Configuration section, set-speed hook). This is just an observation from one test setup, it might not be the case evrewhere.

You must have the CraftBukkit developement build 2327 or higher to use the new hook !

FOR USE WITH the latest developement version of NoCheatPlus 3.7 only

(It might break with any earlier version of it.)

If you used DeadNoCheat before, do delete the configuration or change DeadNoCheat to NoCheatPlus , inside.
