Bukkit

• Added a perm to allow access to commands at all. This will still block commands. This is used to fix the issues with the help menu.
  
• Added continuous check system to updater for servers that rarely shut down.
  
• R1 Fixed many issues with the updater. Sorry and thank you for dealing with my craziness.
  

With the file now being compiled on a newer version of Bukkit, older clients may not be able to run this plugin. If you experience problems, leave me a message.

Updater changes are untested due to their nature. I can't test it without posting.
