Short description about the bug/problem:

Can't seem to get the plugin to work. The command /rankup is not doing anything?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When inputing the command "/rankup" nothing appears to be happening. Assumed problem with config file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Issuing the command "/rankup" will "promote" or "upgrade" a player to the next available rank. Nothing is happening when the command is ran.

What version of CommandRank are you using (for example v3.1.1)?
v3.2.1

No errors show up.

Most likely a mistake in configuring the plugin. As this is the first time using the plugin, not familiar with it.

It seems I have made something work. Instead of getting no response when the command "/rankup" is executed, it now says the user doesn't have permission to do this although all the proper permission nodes are given (I think)...Maybe I'm missing some or something...

It also give the message "Nothing Happens" when using the rankup command and/or sign...

here are the permissions given to the group:
    - CommandRank.RankUpCommand
    - CommandRank.RankUp.citizen
Our rank ladder goes from Nomad to Citizen to Shopkeeper to Landlord.
- This particular person is trying to go from Nomad to Citizen
