Short description about the bug/problem:
I created my ranks today, http://pastebin.com/pxLCNRNS . I then restarted the server, and when I tried doing "/cra rankup Desmond (I also tried the other ranks)  navbarry" it said "the rankup does not exist."  After this, I checked in the console and saw no errors and to double check this I reloaded the config in game using /cra reload. What is wrong with my config?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to rank me up.

What version of CommandRank are you using (for example v3.1.1)?
v3.2.1
