    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Not a problem

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I tried making a file for the list of players to be allowed to the commands that I restrict. When I restrice something to "mod," I try and make a file called "commandpermissions.mod" and put the player's name in it, but that doesn't work. Please help, I don't know how to get this to work, and I really need it for my server.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest 1.7.4 version

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There was no error. The Server didn't crash or anything, just the player doesn't have the permissions I listed for "commandpermissions.mod"
