CommandBin is back!

Many people have been questioning about why CommandBin has been inactive, heck, some people have even marked the project as inactive, but nope. I've just been busy with exams and such.

I allocated some time during my exams to re-write CommandBin from scratch but this time put some thought into it and test each and every single command to a point where anything you try and do would not break it.

Here is the commands and permissions:

Please note they are VERY similar to previous, except I have removed the somewhat useless commands that I feel don't need to be added, however I will re-add them upon request.
