Instead of the glass wall you could add an option to have a line of blocks on/in the ground to show the chunk border and maybe add an option to leave the fake blocks that show the chunk for a certain amount of time/until you do the command again. You could also add options to show worldedit/towny areas/plots

All of these are solid ideas, which I shall put on my to-do list. I may add the option to show worldguard areas (I assume that is what you meant), but I am unlikely to do towny plots given my unfamiliarity with and general disinterest in towny. But if it looks easy enough, who knows.
