• I'm really angry with World.getPlayers() and won't use it anymore (I wrote my own getPlayers() :) ).
• Next attempt to fix Concurrent Error with World.getPlayers() (it could be caused by too much players on the server)

• If you use WorldEdit's SuperPickaxe to remove the block under smoke, chimney won't be removed.
• You need to redefine all chimneys because b5+ uses new save format. I'm sorry for inconvenience. :(
