What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Collect kit from a one-use chest
2. Restart the server
3. You are able to collect the items from the chest again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to only get the kit from the chest one time. Instead I am able to redeem the same one-use kit every restart.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
Perhaps I am mistaken, but this is what appears to be happening. Also, timers seem to reset on restart. If I have a kit set to 86400 seconds ( 1 day )
I claim the chest, I should have to wait one day to reclaim.
I restart the server within 5 minutes and can claim the items again.

It is worth noting that I am the only OP on the server, is there some kind of bypass permission that I have?

What version is your Minecraft server running? I am experiencing the same issue, with the regen chests' "timer" being reset on server restart. It might be an SQL error, where it's unable to connect to the database?

I'm on the lastest Spigot build myself.

Latest Spigot build as well, and it appears to still be happening. I'm not sure if the timers are stored in SQL, they may just be based on server time. Not sure?
