Rewritten some code to allow compatibility with 1.7.2's Dev Build.

Chest Protect 1.9
Rewritten the way the plugin gets all players who can access/break a protection, this should allow unlimited players on a protection.
Added Ender Chest protection, you can change the config file to stop players from breaking ender chests that aren't theirs, as well as stop them from accessing chests that aren't theirs.
Chest Protect 1.8
Fixed bug when users tried to add player to their protection.
Fixed possible exploit where players could place hoppers below a chest to steal items.
Chest Protect 1.7
Added config.yml
Removed lightning strike and replaced with configurable damage.
Fixed explosions so they can still break blocks around a chest but not a chest.
Chests become unprotected if the server is reloaded.
