    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    A Channel Chat module that works in conjunction with http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/mctowns

    Please provide any additional information below.
    It would function similar to the Factions/Towny/ChunkyVillage module, except it would function on a per-town/district/territory basis within MCTowns.

    I'm not sure how to go about this one. As it's a module it will be on the backburners for now.

    If I can see a lot of interest in it I may take a look at it sooner though.
