What's changed?
- Upgrades now actually make the car faster and nicer to drive.

Fuel has been added, so you can create petrol stations for added role-play.
- The ability to drive up ramps, so you can make your city use better roads.
- Economy support, so you can use money to purchase upgrades / fuel / cars.

Car ownership, you can purchase a car and nobody will be allowed to enter it.
