Fixed support for Permissions which contained some really old code
Switched from (legacy) Permissions support to Vault support. Every Permission plugin Vault supports is now supported by CTP. And Vault is now mandatory!
Fixed a possible Exception being thrown when captures aren't stored and the portal is being used
