Please delete the old config or clean up the duplicate entries. I have reworked the place block thing.

• GriefPrevention, ObsidianDestroyer Hook
• place block rewritten, select now your block of choice
• explosion resistance of cannons increased
• maximum gunpowder is now length dependent. Shorter barrels will have lower penetration.
• fixed: player gets damaged behind a wall
• fixed: no placed blocks behind a wall

• Obsidian, water, lava can't be restored by Creeperheal
• Block protection checks only impact location and no the destroyed blocks
