Hi all, this is my first release in a long time on here. I've decided to start releasing on my website along with BukkitDev & Spigot again. The files will likely appear on my website first as they don't have to pass the same testing as they do to appear on BukkitDev & Spigot so if you want the releases ASAP, look there but be warned that NO FILES ON MY WEBSITE ARE TESTED BY BUKKITDEV OR SPIGOT STAFF AND YOU DOWNLOAD THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. You still have my personal guarantee that there are no viruses or anything however.

This release is the first version I've released that is designed to work with 1.13. It has not had a lot of testing but preliminary tests show that it works and basic functionality appears to be in place once again. It is likely that there are many bugs with this release, especially in regards to things such as metadata due to the changes in 1.13 and the "flattening" so make sure you are prepared for that.

This release also completely removes the automatic updating system since it was causing more trouble than it was worth anyway. The plugin will no longer automatically check for and download updates so you will need to manually check for these now.

If you find any bugs, let me know either by DM on BukkitDev or Spigot, by leaving a comment on BukkitDev or Spigot, or by creating an issue in one of the projects.

Side note, I'm considering making the plugin open-source due to my lack of time to maintain it, I'm also thinking about doing a complete rewrite of the entire plugin to get rid of a lot of the messy, inefficient code and to remove a lot of the deprecated methods, if there is anyone who wishes to  help with this process then please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.
