    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. I have looked on the buyland dev page and allowed the group access to "buyland.buy" and "buyland.maxland.2" But the limit does not seem to work.

    Plugin Versions:
         BuyLand: 0.90
         Vault: 1.4.1
         WorldEdit: 5.5
         WorldGuard: 5.8

    What did you expect to see or happen?
    The group defined access to buy 2 regions. ( I tested this be de-oping my self while in the group)

    What actually happened?
    Players can buy unlimited plots still. I dont know if it's buyland.buy which is causing this but If I remove it they cant buy anything at all,
