    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    2. I have entered all information needed but not got it working.

    To be able to setup BukkitSpeak easily!

    What version of the product are you using?

    Forge 1.8.3

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    17.06 10:26:04 [Server] ERROR (ServerQuery Error 520 @ loginTS3(): invalid loginname or password)
    17.06 10:26:04 [Server] ERROR Make sure that "QueryUsername" and "QueryPassword" are correct.
    17.06 10:26:04 [Server] ERROR Could not login to the Server Query.

    Uhm, this is pretty much straightforward.

    The login information you entered for the server query is incorrect.

    Either use the "serveradmin" login of your TS3 server or generate a server query login for your client, see steps here, 3rd paragraph.

    This is actually knowledge I expect any administrator of a TeamSpeak server to have.

    EDIT: Here is a more step-by-step tutorial, including the step for generating a server query login mentioned above.
