Bukkit

I run Broadcast++ and am getting this message after start of my server. Can you please tell me what htis is, and how to fix it? I do nto believe it is due to a conflict with another plugin, but would be happy to provide you with a plugin list.

Running: Minecraft 1.6.4 Forge V, 6gb Ram
