Release v1.3

Now Supports Player UUID!
Works with Bukkit 1.7.x, 1.6.x and probably lower.

You config.yml will be updated automatically, you will find the new options after starting the new version for the first time.
Updated Language files (except english) need to be redownloaded! Check the Main Page to download them.
