Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Despite me giving groups specific permissions, they still cannot use the command the permission is giving.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)Give a group a permission.
2)Reload your config files + plugins/restart your server.
3)The group will not be able to operate the commands that the permission gives.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, the console only returns "'User' Was denied access to the command"
