Global reload gives error #723

    When bpermissions is reloaded the global files throw an error

    To recreate this problem put
    1) Turn "use-global-users" to "true"
    2) Turn "use-global-files" to "true"
    3) type /perm reload in console or in game

    The error log after "/perm reload"

    I think it was 3, not over 4 tho EDIT: and i just tried it again with 4 people online.

    i think the issue was that i had stuff in the config that was not suppose to be there. i now changed it to a default config and now its working.
