Describe to us the issue that you're having:
Using a pre name change groupman config, and doing /bp import gm, does not import permissions from any groups or users.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1)  Use a version of groupman that doesnt support UUID
2)  /bp import gm
3) doesnt finish completely and what it does import, doesnt do everything, like it leaves out any permnodes you might have listed.
