Describe to us the issue that you're having: For default users, when they try to do many things (known examples are set home, travel to home, or try to get starter kit) they will get the 'You do not have permissions' message, even though they *do* have the proper permission nodes, and default players used to be able to use these commands. OPs are able to use the commands just fine.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Any default player tries to do most any command.

Do you have an error log of what happened? Nope.

Which version of bPermissions are you using?: 2.10.8

Which version of CraftBukkit?: Bukkit version 1.7.10-R0.1

Which OS?: Windows 7.
