bpermissions breaks /sethome, /home and chat commands. #656

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:

    bpermissions will not allow players to use the /home and /sethome command. Also, users do not have access to chat commands such as /msg. I have done configuration for the two groups I want (just default and mod) and even after using /group addperm essentials.sethome and essentials.home, it still doesn't allow players to use these commands.

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: v2.10.8

    Which version of CraftBukkit?: I'm sorry, I don't know, and I don't know how to find out.

    Which OS? Win 7 64-bit

    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc): I also have Essentials, commandbook, mcmmo, dynmap, coreprotect, worldborder, worldedit, and worldguard.

    Does this still occur on the latest version? 2.10.9
