    Describe to us the issue that you're having:
    I cant change players ranks.

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) First do /world world
    2) Then do /user <player>
    3) Then do /user setgroup <group>
    ....

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    An internal error.

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    v2.10.4
    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    1.6.2-R0.1 (Build #02824)
    Which OS?
    OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.4 (Apple)
    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
    It was working up untill I updated my server to 1.6.2

    your groups.yml has an infinite loop in it i.e. a group inherits itself somehow
