Describe to us the issue that you're having:
I use bPermissions and bChatManager in conjunction with one another.  I have gotten over problems of the chat manager not working, but by using the @ messaging system and text colors, I know the chat manager itself works.  But, the prefixes I specified in my permissions are not showing up.  This with the fact that people are using permissions they shouldn't be leads me to believe there is a defect in my permissions.  Whether is is in my tracks, groups, or users; i don't know.  (I am suspecting it is the groups, but could also be the users)  I do not know what I am doing wrong.  After no responses on a forum post, revising work, and reloading/restarting my plugins, this is my last hope.  I am sure this kind of help comes along a lot, but I am not just sitting and asking for your help because I am lazy.  This is my last hope of help.

(P.S. This was created using Notepad++ then converted to Windows Notepad to place into server files)
