Describe to us the issue that you're having:
With global permission files enabled, upon teleporting to a new world, the prefix is stripped from the player's chat. The player does, however, keep all his/her permissions.

Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
1) Install bPermissions + bChatManager + multiworld manager (eg. Multiverse)
2) Add prefixes to player in global config.
3) Create new world, teleport to world.
4) Talk in game.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error was produced.

I'm running modded, but I'm sure this issue can be replicated in vanilla.
