Prefixes are NOT appearing in chat. #530

    Describe to us the issue that you're having:

    Which steps will reproduce this problem?:
    1) install essentials, essentialschat, and bpermissions.
    2) Create a groups.yml with groups which contain prefixes.
    3) Run the server and log on.
    ....

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, I do not, it says nothing.

    Which version of bPermissions are you using?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    v2.10.4
    Which version of CraftBukkit?: (Please don't say "latest"!!!)
    1.5.1R0-1
    Which OS?
    Windows.
    Any other information we may need (plugins, configs, etc):
    I am using EssentialsChat for the chat plugin.

    My apologies, it appears I was running my test server in offline mode.
