Updated for Bukkit 1.7.2-R3.0 (will not work with older versions!)
Added "allow-any-source" setting to the config file. If set to "yes", snowballs and eggs will always bounce, regardless of permission. They will also bounce if fired from dispensers. The default is "false", so this should not change the existing behavior if you choose not to use it.
Fixed a bug where the ricochet of a bouncing egg would hatch a chicken.
Fixed a bug where the ricochet of a bouncing projectile might destroy an item frame, even in a protected area.
