Short description about the bug/problem:

When editing the messages.yml file in notepad and saving, then using the /reload function in console, the messages.yml file is overwritten with the default

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit the messages.yml file to say any other message.
2. Save the file
3. type "reload" into console or chat.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Correct behavior should be to never overwrite this file or to only overwrite this file if no shops exist...?

What version of BossShop are you using?

BossShop v2.1.0

Have you tried to stop the server and then upload the file? I myself had this issue and just had to turn off the server then start it after the file was uploaded.
