Different types of prizes/fares:

• Vault Economy
• Enchantments (use the "bm game set prize inhand" command)
• Experience

Bug fixes:

• Bombs don't explode after a game finishes
• using {game|maxplayers} in a message gives the correct number

Messaging changes:

• {game|fare} doesn't always return an item. It returns a Payment. All payments can be asked for their "ptype" which can then be further used to determine what values the payment has.
• Added command.fare/prize.xp
• Added command.fare/prize.inhand
• Added command.fare/prize.money
