Additions:

• "ignore" option for /bm arena edit

Changed:

• Players start with no hunger
• Slightly more helpful messages

Bug fixes:

• No crashes when loading games from older versions
• Crash when deleting a game with players tied to it
• Potion effects from handycaps remain once the game ends

• crashes if the /plugin/bomberman/ folder does not exist (which is when ever the plugin is loaded for the first time)
• crashes when using bm game create with and arena that doesn't exist
• The default does not copy and, thus, could cause the previous bug
• Players are able to teleport out of an arena while playing
• Sudden death starts when countdown still has 9 seconds left
• Old boards can be deleted before used to restore game resulting in a crash
