Bukkit

- Can be run with java 8+ and WorldEdit 7.0+

- Performance - will now cause no additional lag unless a game is active.

- Configuration files have better format (still need to write documentation on how to use them)

- Messages can be translated again

- Several minor features added back in

- Improved stability - I'm now calling it beta :)
