What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an XP Bank
2. Now break it! Oh, you can't. D:
3. Ok let's /xpclear then. What? I doesn't work either... D:
4. There's no 4.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I want to break it, it says that I cannot break other people's XP Banks. That's good, but it's mine! :(
So I wanted to use /xpclear but nothing happens when I type this command (empty or with a username). Not even a message in the chat.

What version of the product are you using?
0.3.7b.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope, nothing when I want to break it, and nothing when I type the command (except Bukkit's INFO message)
