0.2.6 (July 11, 2012)

1) Changed default config.yml value to avoid most common plugin conflict issues:
Block-Explosives: true to Block-Explosives: false.

Block-Spawner: true to Block-Spawner: false.

2) Fixed permission for bank setup, if player didnt have permissions "blxp.use"; plugin still did allow to setup XP Bank causing plugin to generate errors since format was not incorrect due to faulty sign setup.

- Thanks to ben1996123 for sending in ticket about this.

Not really bug but still bit annoying.

1) Player will get "received 0 XP from XP Bank" if theres no XP left to take.
