Bukkit

• Added block drop feature.
• Added some items to be blocked from beeing droped.
• Fixed ice breaking, not actully responding.
• Added more configurable stuf and more permission nodes.

* When droping an items or a stack of item out in the air from the invenory gui, they will not drop and will give warning but they will not show ni inventory, u need to place and items in the "ghost" store or relog for them to come back.
