Some huge changes in the way redstone activation and timers are handled;
making them more usefull and smoother for the server to run.
you don't need to change anything file wise but few points of notice
redstone torches dont power blocks anymore ((soon they hopefully will again))
same for redstone clocks
redstone activated blocks can now run commands although the command will activate at the players location.
there are no outside changes on the timers they just work much better.
did you know you can cancel repeated timers by doing the "action" a second time
