    Maybe I found a bug.
    When you are playing BlockParty, after some rounds, sometimes it will stay in "Waiting" for a long time and a new round won't begin.Every player must "/bp leave" (If a player type this, and other players won't receive any messages) and rejoin the game.And the same thing happened then...
    Do I have something wrong with my server?
    or it's about ProtocolSupport? or the version of my Java?
    Environment: Windows2012r2(64Bit),Java8(64Bit),PaperSpigot 1.8.8 (with ProtocolSupport)
    ((And I'm just a Chinese, so please don't laugh me about my English...))
