Updates:
- join leave message working now even when go from registered chunk to registered chunk
- added compatibility to different worlds to teleports and claims
- readded the jackolantern borders later will do a temp border or if
have an idea please share

Notes:
- the config.yml file is changed the way of save data, so remove the old one
PM me if you need to update the old config.yml to a new one.
