Features:
now the blocks inside a chunk are ignite protected
now tnt can only explode inside a registred chunk
now creeper can not explode inside a registred chunk
add name chunk to the claimed chunks
add arrow, creeper and TNT damage protect on itemframes
add piston to work only inside registred chunks by owners and friends

New Commands:
/bg claim <name> - register the chunk you are stand with the name you want.
/bg unclaim <name> - remove the chunk you own with that name
/bg tp <name> - teleports to the named chunk, yours or not.
/bg allow <friend> - to add a friend to all your chunks
/bg unallow <friend> - to remove a friend from all your chunks
/bg list <player> - to see the chunks registered by a player, use your nickname to see yours

now the tp is set only to registered chunks
and you can tp with the name of the chunk
