add new features.

Features:
add pvp off when inside your chunk
add Animals and Villagers protection.
add Jack o Lantern borders to chunk when claimed
add chunk limit to players, set to 5

if you want a player to have unlimited chunks claims,
open config.yml and go to counter: and look for
the player and change the value to 6 to have unlimited
claims for that player

Item frames and paintings are unprotected will fix asap.
